The pop star told family and friends recently that she and her boyfriend Sam Cooper are expecting their first child. Lily even went on her Twitter to share the news, saying “It goes without saying we are both absolutely delighted.” She even tweeted a photo of herself with the announcement in the paper. Congratulations to the happy couple! Now here’s to hoping that she keeps the baby healthy and Lily stays off of the alcohol.

The singer has recently stated to the press that she will most likely remain single for the next two years given how the release of her latest album will put very much pressure on her schedule. Lily Allen had this to say: “I’m in that mindset where I realize I’m going to be so busy for the next two years. Even if I was to meet someone, I don’t have the time. There’s not really any specific kind of guy I go for � I’m still trying to work out what my type is. Maybe I should try somebody younger as the older man thing hasn’t worked out so well.” Ah, now she admits it.
