Paris Hilton has been banned from the Wynn and Encore hotels following her arrest in Las Vegas for cocaine possession but the heiress isn’t banned from her namesake hotel, The Hilton. The hotel spokesman said “She has been a guest here many, many times and we would always welcome her back.” For the wannabe actress/singer’s sake, I hope she’s smart enough to stay away from Sin City at this point. The spokesman added “The history between Paris and this property is long, indeed. We here at the Hilton certainly wish Paris the best and hope that she gets through any and all of her difficult times.” Of course she’s welcome there and they wish her the best, those people work for her family. They’re obligated to like her.
If we look at Paris Hiltons latest behavior, we could say she is trying to get in jail herself to keep Lindsay Lohan company. Being passionate about soccer, she was present at a few games during the World Cup in South Africa. After the Brazil Nederland game, the young lady was arrested, suspected of drug possession. Saying the drugs were not hers but a friends, Paris escaped accusations. After two weeks, last Friday, she was detained again in Corsica for the same reason. But once again, her fame and money bought her freedom.
Tom Jones recently declared that he was never interested in consuming drugs because he hates going to the toilet. The singer could never understand why so many celebrities take forbidden substances. He does not see anything interesting in taking drugs, especially because you have to go to the toilet to take some cocaine for example, and Tom hates going to the bathroom even when it is necessary, he said.
Tom also said that when he was young he preferred to drink great amounts of alcohol, and the only one who could keep up with him was the actor Richard Burton.

This is what Boy George said on attending Narcotics Anonymous meetings, a fact which made him give up the fairy powder: “I was like, I don’t need it. I’m fine. I’d been to one in the 80s and I just thought they were all weirdos, which is a common get out clause for anyone in denial but I went to one. Since that day, my life has improved more than 100 per cent.” Alls well when it ends well, eh? Seems like Boy George really had a learning experience from this whole thing either that or he just cant keep up with the times.
Embattled former tennis champ Andre Agassi pleaded for compassion over his revelation that he took crystal methamphetamine while on the pro-tennis circuit.
Agassi – talking about a forthcoming book titled Open – shocked the sporting community with anecdotes about fooling drug-testing officials. The world anti-doping authority, WADA, is now calling for an investigation into the claims.
But Agassi, once married to Brooke Shields, asked for compassion in an interview, alleging he was depressed and needed help in 1997. He said: “It’s what you don’t want to hear. I would hope with that would come some compassion that maybe this person doesn’t need condemnation. Maybe this person could stand a little help. Because that was at a time in my life when I needed help. I had a problem, and there might be many other athletes out there that test positive for recreational drugs that have a problem. So I would ask for some compassion.”
WADA has written to the ATP to show it was responding to the revelations but director-general David Howman has said no action could be taken since the eight-year statute of limitations had run out.
Agassi said: “I don’t know what the ramifications are. I had way more to lose by telling this story in its full transparency than I had to gain. The price that that comes with is the cost that I’ve assumed and I’m OK because the part that I worry and think more about is who this may help.”
There has been a lot of controversy over the recent death of former Boyzone member, Stephen Gately, but now it has been taken to new heights. It seems that Stephen Gately smoked pot the night he died, as the test results show, but apparently this was not the cause of death, as a source within the police declared: “Although we know Stephen smoked cannabis on the night he died, that was not the cause of his death. They said he did not take any other drugs – but toxicology tests are being carried out to confirm this.” Honestly, how long does it take to determine the cause of death? Moreover, theyve declared it to be natural so whats the point of bringing this up anyway. Looks like Stephen Gately is going to get just a bit more attention before going away for good.
An entertainment website claims David Hasselhoff was the person taken to the hospital from his Encino home today.
TMZ says Hasselhoff’s daughter, Hayley, was with the actor when 911 was called. TMZ claims Hayley called her mother, Pamela, to report that her father was extremely drunk.
A friend of Pamela’s called 911 and he was taken by paramedics in an ambulance to a local hospital.
TMZ says the hospital was to release Hasselhoff on Sunday night.
Antonio Banderas says his wife Melanie Griffith’s rehab stint was sparked by her use of painkillers after a skiing accident.
The hunky Mask of Zorro star said rumours that the actress’s problems came after he gave her an ultimatum or threatened to divorce her are completely false.
He insisted he’s proud of his wife of 15 years – who has been sober for six years.
“It was said actually in some magazine that I said that I gave an ultimatum to my wife,” he said.
“That I present the matter of divorce because she has been involved in addictions…
“Melanie has been addicted for many years and we always came out. We said it out loud.
“It was okay, we were never embarrassed but she was clean and sober for six years.”
Six years of clean living was marred when Griffith, 52, suffered a skiing accident in Aspen, Colorado, 18 months ago.
Three operations to her knee required her to use narcotics – and come face-to-face with her demons again. She was “obligated” to use the drugs, said Banderas, and she “got nervous”.
“In March, she came to me and said, ‘I’m feeling a little bit weak in my determination for this… so I just thought to go to rehabilitation by myself’.
“So the whole entire family is supporting her and I am supporting her and at this particular time more than ever. I’m very proud of her.
“We have been following some type of therapy with other families.
“There are a number of invisible heroes working in AA all around the world.”
Kate Moss will be shaking up the UK capital when she hits the River Thames for a booze cruise.
The 35-year-old model has reportedly hired a barge to sail down the Thames in London for her best friend’s hen night. It is claimed Kate is currently planning which riverside pubs they will be stopping off at.
Kate will be maid of honour at her pal Jess Hallett”s wedding next month in Italy.
A pal said: "Kate’s booked a barge for 10 people for a weekend over the summer starting near her Cotswolds home. She’s found some great riverside boozers.

Method actor Christian Bale has dropped some serious weight for his latest movie role as a drug addicted boxer.

The 35 year-old has been spotted on the set in Boston getting ready to play drug addicted boxer Dicky Eklund, the half-brother of boxer ‘Irish’ Mickey Ward in The Fighter.

Amy Adams was recently in talks to join Bale and the ensemble cast on The Fighter.
Adams was in talks to play a character named Charlene, a gritty bartender and former college high jump star from Massachusetts who dates Mickey.

Conrad Murray, personal physician to Michael Jackson, will not attend the star’s massive memorial service at the Staples Center.
Murray, who tried to revive Jackson and who was living with him at the time he died, said his presence at the memorial would remind people of Jackson’s death.
"He will be mourning in private because he feels his presence would remind people of Michael Jackson’s death and the doctor would prefer that people remember his friend as he was in life," said a spokesperson for Murray.
The doctor is currently trying to keep a low profile pending results of a toxicology report on Jackson and his whereabouts are unknown.
The doctor has cooperated in police investigations into the death which at this stage are not classified as criminal.
Murray’s representative said: "He is completely off the radar until the toxicology results are revealed.
"He’s not even talking to friends and family, and I haven’t even spoken to him personally, either."
Bond star Daniel Craig had a bit too much to drink on an evening out with his family, it has been claimed.
Daniel, 41, was at posh London restaurant Nobu with his girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell and teenage daughter Ella.
An onlooker said: “He kept rushing to the toilet every 15 minutes or so and banging into the door saying ‘Oops-a-daisy’ while his daughter cracked up laughing.”
The onlooker added: “He had quite a few female admirers but only had eyes for his family.”

Richie Sambora may get out of getting a DUI charge from last week. Its not because of legal footwork but because he may not have been DUI. The Bon Jovi guitarist volunteered to submit to a blood alcohol test after he was busted in Laguna Beach. It may take a while to get the results but sources are saying that Richie didnt drink much at all before he got stopped so results may register below the .08 legal limit. Even if he was driving erratically and had any alcohol in him, he can still get out of getting charged. Heather Locklear going to court to wrestle away some custody of their daughter may not be in the cards either as Heather has some of her own problems to deal with that could go against her.

Anna was worried about Daniel’s drinking and his weight loss, according to Larry. Britneys pal Sam Lufti has admitted to drugging Britney. He says he gave her a handful of pills to help her sleep during one of her episodes.

It may appear that Britney Spears doesnt give a crap about getting help for whatever her condition is, you may want to think again. Multiple sources are saying that the pop wreck has met with numerous doctors and is even seeing a new psychiatrist and is on medication to treat her bipolar disease.
Sources have varying stories on the efficacy of the medication. One friend says that Brit is a different person when shes on it normal and sweet. But then she goes takes it for a while and then feels she can live without it thus making her condition deteriorate. However, another source says that the medication just doesnt work.
The father of Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan has vowed to take revenge on the man that formerly supplied his 21-year-old daughter with cocaine. Michael Lohan – himself a former addict who is now involved with youth ministry Teen Challenges – is determined to get even with a man who is now offering his story to the highest bidder.
Michael said: “God is going to get even with this guy. He’s destroyed a lot of lives. “I’ve been looking for the people who’ve been selling my daughter and these other kids the drugs. And come hell or high water, one day I’m going to find these guys and I’m going to expose them.”
Lindsay Lohan was arrested twice last year on driving under the influence (DUI) charges and pleaded guilty in August to misdemeanour DUI and cocaine possession. She later spent two months in rehab at Utah’s Cirque Lodge.
