Daniel, 41, was at posh London restaurant Nobu with his girlfriend Satsuki Mitchell and teenage daughter Ella.

An onlooker said: “He kept rushing to the toilet every 15 minutes or so and banging into the door saying ‘Oops-a-daisy’ while his daughter cracked up laughing.”

The onlooker added: “He had quite a few female admirers but only had eyes for his family.”

UK’s The Sun has reportedly obtained another video that shows Amy Winehouse allegedly snorting a substance in a DJ booth. Was this taken on the same night that she was photographed with white globs up her nostrils? You would think that she would have learned something from the first time it happened. Crazy is as crazy does. This is Wino after all. She’s going to be taking drugs as soon as she has cash and is still breathing. The cops should really consider putting her in jail. Rehab obviously doesn’t do anything for her. Maybe a lonely jail cell and constant danger amongst criminals would do something for her.

Richie Sambora May Skip Out on DUI

Richie Sambora may get out of getting a DUI charge from last week. It’s not because of legal footwork but because he may not have been DUI. The Bon Jovi guitarist volunteered to submit to a blood alcohol test after he was busted in Laguna Beach. It may take a while to get the results but sources are saying that Richie didn’t drink much at all before he got stopped so results may register below the .08 legal limit. Even if he was driving erratically and had any alcohol in him, he can still get out of getting charged. Heather Locklear going to court to wrestle away some custody of their daughter may not be in the cards either as Heather has some of her own problems to deal with that could go against her.

Michelle Tried to Intervene for Heath Ledger

Michelle Williams is obviously a little uncomfortable with the paparazzi surrounding her and daughter Matilda, as Matilda plays outside.

It is being reported now that Michelle was working on a possible intervention for ex-fiance Heath Ledger before his death. At the time he died, Michelle realized that he was in “really, really bad shape” and she was working with other friends and family members to convince him that he needed to check in to rehab.

Larry Birkhead Says Anna Gave Daniel Drugs

Tell us something we didn’t already assume. Larry Birkhead told a Bahamian court that Daniel Smith stole a bottle of methadone from his mother, Anna Nicole, approximately five months before his death. Larry also said that he saw Anna Nicole provide Daniel with Ecstasy pills.

The jury investing Daniel’s death on September 10, 2006, was told that there was some tension between ANS and Daniel in that past year. Anna was worried about Daniel’s drinking and his weight loss, according to Larry. He said Anna would prefer that Daniel do drugs in her presence instead of “running around experimenting with his friends.”

Amy Winehouse once again sported a bandana to cover up her bee hive and with a cigarette in her mouth, an exposed red bra, Wino also debuted her latest glamorous accessory on Monday – a mutilated left arm! This isn’t the first time that the rehabbed singer has sported some scrapes and bruises. Last year, Amy even rocked the battered housewife look after getting into a fight with her husband. There’s no word on how she got the cuts on her arm but if it’s self-inflicted, then treatment doesn’t look like it’s doing all that good. Let’s hope she just got caught in chicken wire or something.

Sam Admits He Drugged Britney Spears

Britney’s pal Sam Lufti has admitted to drugging Britney. He says he gave her a handful of pills to help her sleep during one of her episodes.

He also disclosed details about Britney’s mental illness. He said, “In the depressing episodes, it’s all crying. But in the manic episodes there’s very little crying or sympathy or compassion. She becomes another person. She becomes somebody that just doesn’t care about anybody or anything.”

He says the British accent is part of the manic phase. “She’ll stick to the British accent because she becomes comfortable with it…But you know, when the pink wig comes on. It’s getting bad.”

Britney Gets Treatment

It may appear that Britney Spears doesn’t give a crap about getting help for whatever her condition is, you may want to think again. Multiple sources are saying that the pop wreck has met with numerous doctors and is even seeing a new psychiatrist and is on medication to treat her bipolar disease.

Sources have varying stories on the efficacy of the medication. One friend says that Brit is a different person when she’s on it – normal and sweet. But then she goes takes it for a while and then feels she can live without it thus making her condition deteriorate. However, another source says that the medication just doesn’t work.

Lindsay Lohan wants revenge

The father of Mean Girls actress Lindsay Lohan has vowed to take revenge on the man that formerly supplied his 21-year-old daughter with cocaine. Michael Lohan – himself a former addict who is now involved with youth ministry Teen Challenges – is determined to get even with a man who is now offering his story to the highest bidder.

Michael said: “God is going to get even with this guy. He’s destroyed a lot of lives. “I’ve been looking for the people who’ve been selling my daughter and these other kids the drugs. And come hell or high water, one day I’m going to find these guys and I’m going to expose them.”

Lindsay Lohan was arrested twice last year on driving under the influence (DUI) charges and pleaded guilty in August to misdemeanour DUI and cocaine possession. She later spent two months in rehab at Utah’s Cirque Lodge.

Well all I can say is I wouldn’t want to be in the dealers shoes – no wrath is worse than that of a parent’s.

Living Dead – Amy Winehouse

The jailed husband of junkie singer Amy Winehouse has warned her: “Quit smoking crack or you’ll be dead in three months.”

Speaking from behind bars in Pentonville prison, Blake Fielder-Civil revealed his biggest nightmare is hearing Amy has been killed by her habit. He said: “Every day I fear the prison chaplain is going to walk into my cell and break the news that Amy is dead.”

The Back To Black singer, 24, went into rehab on Thursday just days after a shocking video was released of her smoking deadly crack at her seedy flat in Bow, east London, while already high on cocaine, ecstasy and valium.

Blake, 25, talking to the press through his devoted mum Georgette, said: “I’m so relieved she has finally taken my advice after I begged her to go into rehab. I even threatened her with divorce because I thought it would be the only thing to make her see sense. My parents have both pleaded with me to divorce Amy and I told her so before she finally agreed to go in for treatment. They think she’s the Black Widow who will be the death of me if I don’t end our marriage. But I’d prefer to have a short life with Amy than a long life without her.”

Well I think the bookies are taking bets on whether Amy will last till summer…cheerful huh?

Quiet Riot Singer Died of Overdose

The singer for Quiet Riot, Kevin Dubrow, was found dead in his Las Vegas home on November 25. Quiet Riot was best known for their 1983 cover of ‘Cum on Feel the Noize’. At the time, reasons for his death were unknown. But now, Nevada’s Clark County Coroner has shed some light on the death of the 52-year old singer from the 80s metal band.

They have ruled that Kevin has died of an accidental cocaine overdose. The cause of death was confirmed after toxicology results came in on Monday. How is cocaine overdose deemed accidental? Aren’t all users killing themselves either way? Don’t do drugs kids!

Winehouse falling apart?

Husband of troubled soul singer, Amy Winehouse, has been remanded in custody after appearing in Winehouse falling apart?on Friday, charged with beating up a bartender last June. Blake Fielder-Civil and another man, Michael Brown, were due to stand trial this month, but after Blake was arrested by police for conspiracy to pervert the course of justice, the trial was delayed and bail denied until January 18.

Poor, troubled Amy. Battling with drugs, alcohol, fame, fortune, and now a Christmas without her hubby. People are starting to think she is losing the plot and heading for a breakdown. Only recently was the singer spotted with white powder remnants in her nostrils…putting her claims to be ‘clean’ out the window. Critics have even slated some of her recent performances. So is our girl going to fall apart on us?

Well I can’t say for sure, although I know I would have gone a bit loopy by now; legend Andrew Lloyd Webber (none other!) has stood up for the star, comparing her to likes of Ella Fitzgerald and other such artists. He believes Amy will rise above her personal troubles due to her amazing talent. Oh I do hope you are right Mr Webber.

Amy Can Go to the US

Troubled British singer Amy Winehouse was denied entry to the US after her drug arrest in Norway in October. But according to Britain’s Mirror newspaper, that is no longer the case.

Amy was spotted earlier in the week at the US Embassy in London. She was said to be applying for a visa. After she had her interview, it seems that the US better be prepared to get the bee-hived Wino in their sights as she has been granted a visa to allow her to work in the country. It’s also being reported that she has already made it in the US to work on a new album.

However, she would have to fly back to support her husband Blake who has to appear in court on an assault charge on Monday.

Bruce Willis: ‘Booze Nearly Wrecked My Career’

Hollywood actor Bruce Willis almost destroyed his career through excessive use of drugs and alcohol. The 52-year-old actor – who found fame at 29 – says he spent his first years in Hollywood “out of his mind” in a haze of parties and late nights. But Willis credits his marriage to Demi Moore and the birth of their three children to overcoming his battle with alcohol. Booze does that to all of us and yet we don’t stop until it wrecks us and out families apart. Why is that men always have to find a good woman who can teach him how to get or rather reclaim his life from that garage junk yard. That alcohol thing causes so much damage to our liver but its like a slow death that we are all confined to until and unless someone wakes us up before it’s too late. Those who end up in the hospital and then cannot afford the treatment that’s when the whole thing takes an ugly turn. Thankfully for Bruce he doesn’t need to worry about the medical bills.

Britney Finds A New Way To Battle Paparazzi

Troubled star Britney Spears has found a new method of fighting the paparazzi – spraying photographers with windshield fluid. The 25-year-old singer – who already faces charges of driving without a valid California license, and earlier this month ran over a videographer’s foot – has now been accused of conducting a ’spray-and-run’ attack at a Los Angeles gas station. I am so sick of hearing about Britney, there are so many more important things going on in the world other than her spraying someone with windshield washer fluid. Who gives a X@@##! Really? Yet another attention grabbing move! She can’t live without them, as even a judge pointed out clearly. She out herself in those situations, then cries victim? I think not, she gets ZERO sympathy from me….!

Britney’s Visitation Got Nixed

Britney Spears was supposed to have her first supervised visitation with her kids on Thursday morning but Life & Style is reporting that it never happened. Why? It’s all because of a broken intercom. What?!

She checked into the Beverly Wilshire hotel the night before but during the wee hours of the morning, she upped and left heading back to her Malibu home. It’s unclear whether it’s what Britney wanted or because KFed’s lawyer went against it.

Anyway, Brit was reportedly up before the time of the boys’ arrival but they never showed up. About an hour later, a call came in saying that the boys were going back to Kevin because no one answered when they buzzed and waited for around 40 minutes.

How much of any of this would a 3yr old understand? I don’t think, my kids at 3, would have given a rats arse who their parents were married to, as long as they got ice cream once in a while and got to watch Barney every day. And before you blast me about letting my kids watch Barney – Hey – these are not your kids! Denise Richards= Crack pot. I can’t understand what is going through Denise’s mind right now, is she hurt that Charlie has a nice girlfriend and she is out of life and so are the kids or is it a case where she just can’t accept the fact that Brooke has been able to take care of Charlie and the kids so well that none of them miss her. Kids are kids if they find someone who can love them and play with them just the way they want to then they just start becoming friend with that person, be it their mom or their father’s new fiancée.

The Gimme More singer was spotted getting quite emotional on her way into a Los Angeles area doctor’s office on Wilshire Boulevard. It has been assumed that the trip was for the first of her many court ordered drug tests.

Spears ordered to undergo drug tests

Britney Spears has been ordered to undergo random drug and alcohol testing twice a week, according to court documents in her custody dispute with ex-husband Kevin Federline.

The order was issued Monday by a judge who required both parents to refrain from drinking and using drugs around their two young children and 12 hours before either cares for them. Only Spears was ordered to submit to testing.

“Based on the evidence presented, the court finds that there is a habitual, frequent and continuous use of controlled substances and alcohol” by Spears, Superior Court Judge Scott M. Gordon said in court documents.

Messages left with attorneys for Spears and Federline were not immediately returned.

The singer married Federline in October 2004. She filed for divorce last November, and the divorce became official July 30. The two have joint custody of their sons — Sean Preston, 2, and Jayden James, 1 — but Federline is seeking a greater share of custody.

The judge also said Spears must meet for eight hours a week with a “parenting coach” who will observe and report back to the court about her parenting skills.

Both parents are prohibited from “making derogatory remarks” about each other in their children’s presence, and from “using corporal punishment” to discipline them. Each must complete the court’s “Parenting without Conflict” class.

Amy Quits Again

The males have Pete Doherty. The females have Amy Winehouse. Americans have Britney Spears and Lindsay Lohan. The Brits, once again, have Amy Winehouse. It’s not a very good thing.

Amy has been in and out of rehab for a reported two times within the same week. We all know that you can’t force a person to get some help – take Lindsay. Wino apparently left rehab on Sunday night after fighting a lot with her hubby who was also in rehab with her.

While staff at the center were sad to see Amy leave, they were glad that Blake left. He wasn’t really a welcome site for them or anyone. Wino leaving the center is a further blow to her father and her inner circle who are all concerned that she and Blake would go back to their druggy ways.

Eve’s Girls

Grammy award-winning rapper Eve is on the cover of the latest issue of HX (Homo Xtra) magazine. If you remember, Eve was arrested not so long ago with a .08 blood alcohol level after she crashed her car in Hollywood. Lesson: crash your car, earn a magazine cover.

In the gay magazine, the blonde rapper touches on her failed fashion line, new album and pushy lesbian. Eve denies being gay but she jokingly acknowledges that her two would-be gal pals would be Angelina Jolie and Dita Von Teese.

At least she’s got taste. I’d skin her if she said someone along the lines of Britney or Paris.

Britney Leaves Lawyer Meeting in Tears

Pop star Britney Spears is no stranger to trouble and headlines. After a meeting with her lawyer on Wednesday she reportedly fled the office in tears. The meeting had been to discuss her battle for custody against ex-husband Kevin Federline. When their divorce was finalized last month there had been a joint custody arrangement. Since then Spears has been constantly in the news with a string of bizarre behaviour. It had led Federline to push for full custody of the two boys they share. Two assistants and a bodyguard that work for Spears have all been subpoenaed to appear in court. Spears was photographed crying as she left the office of lawyer Laura Wasser. Later that night she met with magician Criss Angel to discuss the possibility of collaboration at the upcoming MTV Music Video Awards. Does she think that he can magically alter her reality? Perhaps make her or Federline disappear? I find it funny that Angel is open to working with her. They’ve each had their share of drama in the press lately, why add more?

Rumer Willis in Racy Photos

Some steamy, nude photos of Rumer Willis have recently been leaked making the eighteen year old the subject of more scrutiny. The daughter of actors Demi Moore and Bruce Willis claims the photo is from an upcoming comedy she stars in called “House Bunny”. She said it’s from a mock photo shoot the characters do for a calendar. Willis’ photo shows her nude wearing only a silver back brace and a dunce cap. That must surely make Mom and Dad proud. She basically shrugged it off saying that it was a movie image leaked and “it is what it is”. Her choice in movie roles is certainly questionable but then again, I guess the girl has to start somewhere. It already doesn’t sound like much of a blockbuster, perhaps one of those straight to DVD films. I guess that’s worth a nude shot or two for some people.

Former alcoholic Anthony Hopkins stopped drinking after he was rescued by a ‘golden voice’ from his subconscious. The Oscar-winning actor admits quitting alcohol in 1975 was a lucky escape. ha ha the golden voice from his substupidness what a thing to say you quit like the rest of us cause you knew it was killing you and that’s the reason most of us quit plus the hangover’s and the danger of losing our job’s and everything we may own plus families and our children if we have any of course you have to be different you hear a golden voice ham right to the end. I heard a golden voice one night in bed from the toothless one I just raised the blankets and let his words and aroma drift away. These celebs give us such reasons, like something like a meteorite fell on them and they thought this was the right time to give up on drugs and alcohol. Why can’t they simply admit that it was a case to choose between life and death and they had nothing left in their body, so they managed to crawl and get a life.

E! Axes ‘The Simple Life’

Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie are out of a job after news their hit reality show The Simple Life has been axed. The wealthy socialites proved a huge hit trying their hand at manual labor on the program – which spawned five series – but The Insider reports network E! has dropped the show from next year’s line-up. These girls belong to the same ‘bad girls’ tag and anything associated with the two should have been doomed the very first day that the show was aired. But perhaps we weren’t that sure that these two girls would continue with their wayward behavior till date. They should have made that decision about 4 seasons ago… the show was stupid and made fun of regular people.. they steal a police car and doesn’t go to jail!… the show stunk. Rumors of an imminent end began when Fox dropped the series in 2005 and Hilton and Richie became embroiled in a mystery feud.

Spears Assistant to Sell Story

Is anything going right for these days? It seems that nearly every single day there is yet another headline about her. This time it involves an assistant that she recently hired and then fired all within a month. It’s odd considering that an assistant is someone you would choose with great consideration. The former assistant, Shannon Funk has stated that Spears neglected to make her sign any confidentiality forms and is now selling her story. She has been offered $500,000 for images and intimate secrets of Britney’s. I’m sure there is a lot one can acquire within a month with Britney. The report is that Funk was fired after Britney’s insane photo shoot for OK! Magazine. She insists that she was not fired and is in discussion with many people interested in paying for what she knows. It’s just another classic case of someone cashing in on somebody else’s fame. It’s actually quite typical and disgusting.

Nicole Richie Gets Four Days in Jail

Nicole Richie was in court this morning in Los Angeles with her boyfriend by her side. Good Charlotte singer Joel Madden is also known for his relationship with Hilary Duff prior to Richie. After pleading guilty to a DUI charge the famous for absolutely nothing star was sentenced to four measly days in prison. She will also be facing a three week alcohol program and three years of probation. Even though the sentence was lenient I’m impressed to hear that the Judge told Nicole that she had seriously endangered lives by driving on the wrong side of the road into oncoming traffic. If she is caught driving under the influence and she kills someone she is guaranteed to be charged with murder instead of manslaughter. Nicole Richie has been rumored to be carrying Madden’s child but to look at her you’d hope not. Babies cannot survive in a body like hers. Just another typical slap on the wrist in Hollywood, did we expect anymore than that?

Lohan boozed in rehab

It seems that hell-raising actress Lindsay Lohan got back to her boozing ways while still undergoing treatment in rehab for the second time. The actress guzzled vodka and an energy drink secretly as her part of the celebration of her 21st birthday at the centre. Following the incident, furious rehab staff ordered the starlet to wear an alcohol monitoring bracelet. In the first place there should be an inquiry as to how could she have vodka within the premises without anyone knowing about it. There surely was someone who helped her get the drinks and alcohol into her room and knew that the party girl was not going give up on alcohol even if she has checked into the rehab for the very same purpose. As for Lindsay, she knows better where she is heading in life, so we’d rather stop worrying about this girl she ain’t going to leave alcohol in a hurry.

The troubled star, 25, is said to have personally called the magazine’s main switchboard and asked to speak to the publication’s editor-in-chief, Sara Ivens, to negotiate a deal for the interview. Underline the main stuff is – To Negotiate A Deal. She wants to tell us all, a thing we already know for a price. Britney you s**k and none of us want to hear any crap about you. Her fight with her mother over her property is hers’, the impending divorce is hers’ and her rehab stint is also her problem. So what is there that we do not know? The media has kept us well informed about her much touted life and we truly have enough of it, so please bear with us and kindly do not make any such arrangements to give inputs and private documentations of your highly publicized life. For once can’t she learn the art of keeping mum on personal matters and rather find ways to get out of her silly lifestyle.
