Sandra Bullock has warmly greeted her ex-husband’s decision to move to her hometown of Austin, Texas.
“I support Jesse in his move,” the Oscar- winner said.
“We have both moved on with our lives and only want the best for each other. Anything else that is said on my behalf is inaccurate.”
The 46-year-old actress’s words of welcome come days after it was reported that the motorcycle mogul had stepped out in Las Vegas for dinner with LA Ink star Kat Von D.
“I think he’s starting to grasp reality a bit more and the realization that it’s going to take a lot longer and a lot more than he thought to bring things back to what they were,” People reports a source saying.
Frasier actor Kelsey Grammer could be in for an expensive divorce – as it emerges he reportedly got married without a prenup.
The 55-year-old, who had already been married twice, recently separated from Playboy model wife Camille after 13 years of marriage.
She field for divorce in July – and now a US gossip website has reported they did not have a prenuptial agreement.
It means the comedian, who is thought to have earned as much as $1.6 million per episode towards the end of the 11-year run of his hit sitcom, could be looking at handing over a sizeable amount of money.
According to TMZ.com, Grammer has already tried to declare the money he earned through Frasier as a separate property.
But this could only cover the time on the show until the pair married in 1997 – which is only the first four seasons.
His earnings for the remaining seven years, and much of the syndication money from the series, could well be considered fair game for the settlement.

Wife Camille Donatacci, a former exotic dancer rumoured to be about to appear in reality TV show The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, filed for divorce in Los Angeles on Thursday citing irreconcilable differences.
Kelsey announced it on his Twitter page, saying: “Hello everyone thank you for ur support and Yes it’s TRUE Camille and I are Divorcing I ask U 2 respect our privacy.”
He later added: “Had some bad news to deal with today. I am hoping that people will be respectful of our privacy during the divorce process.”
But he was at pains to stop friends and fans from being “tempted to say some mean things”.
“I realize that it is human nature but I ask that you be particularly sensitive to the feelings of my wife,” he wrote. “She has been a terrific partner for many years and should not be treated with any disrespect at this time. Things fell apart between us. That is all.
“She is still the mother of my children and any disparagement of her will only hurt the children.
“Camille did not want this but has made a very difficult decision and I respect her for it.”
According to the filing, Donatacci is seeking primary physical custody of their daughter Mason, eight, and son Jude, five – both born via a surrogate – as well as spousal support.
Al and Tipper Gore’s daughter Karenna Gore Schiff and her husband of 12 years Drew Schiff have separated, it has been confirmed.
The couple “have been separated for a couple of months and in marriage counseling”, a friend said.
Another added: “It’s amicable … They are not divorced.”
The couple are parents to three children, Wyatt, 10, Anna, 8, and Oscar, 3.
The news comes only one week after the surprise announcement of the split between the former vice- president and his wife was made public.

US TV host Matt Lauer and his model wife Annette have hit back over stories that the couple have split.
The couple have also denied reports of his alleged infidelity as ‘ridiculous’ and ‘offensive’.
“I am living in my apartment with Annette and my children as a family and a couple," the TV anchor has declared.
"I have never moved out. I am not moving out. There is no truth to that."
There had been speculation the pair who have been married for 12 years had separated after The Today show host’s alleged flirtatious behaviour while covering the Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
Lauer insisted: “The accusations [of infidelity] are ridiculous and I’m not going to dignify them with an answer. It’s not true."
And wife Annette told People magazine: "Out of self respect, I want to stand up for our family and protect them."

The soon-to-be-divorced love cheat told reporters that the pain in his neck had started bothering him two weeks before his big comeback at the Masters in Augusta.
No doubt eager to get back, the 34-year-old says he brushed it off as "no big deal".
However, he has now been forced to pull out of the final round of TPC Sawgrass amid fears that he may be suffering a "bulging disc" in his upper back.

The court documents, made public by the District Court of Travis County, Texas, state the pair married in 2005, but have now “ceased to live together as husband and wife” and that the marriage “has become insupportable because of discord or conflict of personalities… and prevents any reasonable expectations of reconciliation”.

Movie legend Dennis Hopper’s wife tried to kill him, according to shocking new court documents.
The stunning allegation is made in a new declaration filed in Hopper’s ongoing nasty divorce battle with wife Victoria.
In the papers, filed in a Los Angeles court, Hopper’s assistant Emily Davis claims Victoria was trying to kill the actor, although she doesn’t specify by what method.
The papers, obtained by TMZ.com, state that Davis claims she and everyone else in the Hopper household were: “At the mercy of wife Victoria’s cruelty,” when Hopper had to be taken to the hospital last December – and then adds that his wife “was trying to kill him.”
Davis also alleges Victoria – who’s been trying to preserve her stake in Hopper’s inheritance: “Is a threat to all in the home and has already looted millions of dollars in property that is not hers.”
Marin Hopper, Dennis’ daughter from a prior marriage – who’s actually older than her stepmother – also weighed in, calling Victoria’s behavior ‘frightening’ and accusing her of spreading ‘slanderous lies’ to the media.
There has been no response yet from Victoria or her reps.

Dennis Hopper is so ill he won’t be able to answer his wife’s legal claims in court.
His lawyer this week filed court papers to state the Easy Rider star is terminally ill with prostate cancer and unable to undergo chemotherapy.
Access Hollywood reports Joseph Mannis stated Hopper, 73, cannot be deposed by lawyers on behalf of Victoria Duffy, 42, in the course of his divorce proceedings.
Hopper filed for divorce in January, seeking to end his 14-year marriage to Duffy, with whom he has a daughter, Galen Grier, who turns seven on Friday.
Duffy has countered with claims of abuse and bizarre behaviour on Hopper’s part.
Mannis said Hopper was extremely weak and weighed barely 45 kilograms. The court papers say his doctor, David Agusin, believed a deposition could “actually threaten his ability to survive his current health crisis”.
Agusin was, however, prepared to allow Hopper to appear on Friday to accept his star on the Walk of Fame owing to the positive nature of the event.
Sandra Bullock’s marital status is now listed as separated from Jesse James on her IMDb profile page, but her rep says they never authorised that change.
An employee for the internet movie database told TMZ, in order to make such a change to a star’s profile, it must be approved internally by IMDb.
It is unknown who made the change, and Bullock’s rep told TMZ: “This was never authorised by anyone related to her.”

Modica claims in court documents that Michelle “Bombshell” McGee has brought her X-rated “performances” into the home she shares with Avery. “There have been pornographic shoots there and live webcam pornographic broadcasts from her home,” he writes.
According to earlier court documents, Michelle “Bombshell” McGee has disputed Modica’s claims. The 24-year-old insists that she spends quality time with her sons, does not take drugs and denies exposing her kids to racy material.
