Samantha Burke is due to have baby Sophia on October 6 – the very same day Law’s Broadway version of Hamlet opens in New York City.

Lawyers for 24-year-old Burke are hunting around for a deal to coincide with the opening of Law’s new show.

“Samantha is getting offers ranging up to $200,000 for the interview and baby photos,” an insider said. “The irony of the timing for the interview is not lost on her. She will talk openly about her relationship with Jude – and he’s not getting rave reviews.

“While Jude has promised to provide for Sophia, Samantha doesn’t feel like his behaviour towards her was entirely chivalrous.”

The timing of the interview will not please producers of Hamlet who are hoping for minimal distractions to their show.

They have already banned reporters asking questions about Law’s relationships and love life.

Burke got pregnant with Law’s child after a brief fling when he was in the city filming Sherlock Holmes.

Oscar winner Catherine Zeta-Jones is heading to Broadway.

The actress is joining forces with acting legend and fellow British star Angela Lansbury to star in a revival of Stephen Sondheim’s A Little Night Music.

However, she won’t be doing any singing and dancing like she did in her award-winning role in Chicago, in which she played Velma Kelly.

According to US reports, Lansbury did not want to shoulder a multi-million-dollar Broadway revival by herself and only agreed to sign up for the production if the producers lined up another big star to play her daughter in the show.

She regrets the decision now as the nail on her big toe on her right foot has turned yellow and has become really thick and ugly.”

The source added: “She is certain she caught a fungal infection from the cheap salon. She’s really annoyed as she was looking forward to wearing open-toe sandals now that the weather is heating up. But she’s going to have to keep her feet undercover for a little longer.”
