Ozzy Osbourne’s flower incident

The rocker made a rather significant error by offering his wife Sharon Osbourne some flowers he stole from a cemetary. Unfortunately, he forgot to remove the card and his wife wasn’t too happy to realize where they came from. Ozzy Osbourne related the whole incident and tried to explain himself: “I’d gone out on the piss and it was late and I went into a graveyard and nicked some flowers off a freshly-dug grave. Then I forgot to take the card off. That went down like a pair of knickers. ‘Oh thank you for the flowers… you fucker.’” Well, we all have our slip-ups every now and again, this one would fall into the category of “major slip-ups”, but hey, I’m sure Ozzy Osbourne has had worse moments.

Lohan’s mother to kick off shoe line

Lindsay Lohan’s mother Dina has landed a deal to promote a new line of shoes with a New York footwear company.

Robert Yeganeh, founder of Long Island-based I Love My Shoes, said: “She will do a radio and TV commercial and she will sit in on the casting call to find two or three hot girls we need for the commercial. Although she won’t be the designer of the line, she’ll definitely have a major influence in which direction it will go. She’s definitely got a good eye and she’s got it together. She may not be followed as a fashionista but if the shoes are designed right and priced under $100, they will sell.”

Yeganeh aims to launch the bargain line just before Mother’s Day next May.

The Lohans appear to be shifting their sights to fashion, with Lindsay signing on to be creative director for the European fashion house Ungaro.

SPL75221_003

Hollywood star Woody Harrelson turned to rock legend Paul McCartney after he was accused of attacking a paparazzo – and got some strange advice.

The Hollywood actor allegedly hit a cameraman when he arrived at New York airport, La Guardia, with video claiming to prove the attack.

“I went to my favourite restaurant in New York and Paul McCartney was there,” Harrelson recalled.

“He was like, ‘Just say you mistook him for a zombie’.

“I had the press release written before I went to bed.”

Harrelson released a statement the next day saying he attacked the photographer because: “I quite understandably mistook him for a zombie.”
