Lost star settles sexual harassment suit

Lost star Henry Ian Cusick has settled a sexual harassment lawsuit with a former production worker.

The 42-year-old actor, who plays Desmond Hume in the popular ABC show, was accused of grabbing and touching former ABC employee Chelsea Stone in April this year.

Following the allegations, Stone sued Cusick, as well as ABC and Hawaiian production company, Grass Skirt Productions.

She claimed that Cusick had put his hands on her buttocks and caressed the back of her body, while making moaning noises, when they were working on the show in October 2007.

However, Stone’s lawyers have now told TMZ.com that she has since settled with all the defendants in the case and that the terms are confidential.

Each individual who bought an item I never owned needs to be notified of that fact.” True, one should always know that the fictional value attributed to an item does not in fact exist whenever the case.
