Fantastic Four star Ioan Gruffudd and wife Alice Evans have welcomed their first child.

Ioan, 35, and wife Alice, who had a role in ABC show Lost, became parents for the first time when their daughter Ella Betsi Evans was born in LA on September 6.

Ella weighed in at 6 pounds and 3 ounces and was 21 inches long. Alice said: “Ella is very small and unbelievably beautiful.”

Alice added that her new daughter “hasn’t got much hair yet”.

The couple met while they were filming the movie 102 Dalmations nine years ago, and they later married in 2007.

The HMS Bounty ship used in the 1962 Marlon Brando classic Mutiny on the Bounty and the Pirates of the Caribbean movies – starring Johnny Depp – was robbed on the Scottish coast.

The robbery was carried out in the wee hours by a pair of teenagers at 4am as it was docked quayside at Greenock, Renfrewshire, reports say.

Taken from the gigantic vessel was cash, an 8x12ft American flag, a survival suit and a life ring.

A source said: “It is unbelievable. This ship has sailed all around the world and has never been robbed. But as soon as it gets into Greenock, it gets turned over.”

The old boat has sailed in 49 movies since its debut on Mutiny. Captain Robin Walbridge, who has skippered the boat since 1995, said: “We don’t hold this against the people of Greenock.” The US flag, immersion suit and a life belt were all later recovered.

A spokesman for the Strathclyde Police said: “Inquiries are ongoing.”

The sports reporter who made headlines by being captured nude on tape in a hotel room, Erin Andrews, has recounted the horror of her ordeal on national television.

Andrews told Oprah Winfrey on her TV talkshow that after she watched the footage that unspooled all over the internet, “I kept screaming: ‘I’m done. My career is over. I’m done. Get it off. Get it off the internet,’” said Andrews, her eyes watering as she remembered talking to her father. “They thought I was physically injured, (that’s) how bad I was screaming.”

The video was filmed without her knowledge, her attorney said. Andrews is planning to go after the culprit seeking criminal charges and to sue the videomaker and anyone who posts it. She said that the first thing she did on learning of the video was to call her parents.

“I do know that I am a victim of a stalker, because we know that this happened in at least two rooms. I was getting ready to go work a college football game in at least one of the videos I was able to identify,” she said.

Andrews has returned to the air as a reporter for ESPN on September 3. She has worked on numerous events for the sports network since 2004, often as a sideline reporter.

Marley & Me star Jennifer Aniston is planning to take time off acting and go on an “adventure”.

The 40-year-old star will soon finish filming on her new movie The Bounty, which also stars Gerard Butler, and she admitted she isn’t planning on any more films for the time being.

She said: “I’m going to go on an adventure, take myself somewhere. I won’t start another job until at least January. I want to take time off.”

Aniston will start shooting her next film The Goree Girls in January, and she is also producing it.

The film sees her take on a singing role as she plays a member of an all-female country music band set up in prison.
