Piers Morgan has praised Katie Price for being so "startlingly honest" in a recent interview she did with him.
Piers, 44, interviewed Katie, 31, for the first time since her split with hubby Peter Andre, 36, and she dramatically revealed she had suffered a miscarriage earlier this year.
Piers said: "She was feisty, fiery, emotional, contrite and startlingly honest. I defy anyone not to watch the programme and feel enormous empathy with her.
"Whether you love or hate her, she has been through a hell of a difficult few weeks."
