Hollywood couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Garner have been house hunting all over Los Angeles for the past year and came close to purchasing a home five times before changing their minds.
But now according to a new report, the pair have finally chosen a $24.5million mansion area in the posh Riviera section of Pacific Palisades.
The ranch-style home sits at the end of a winding driveway on three secluded acres with views of both LA and the Pacific Ocean.
The house has five bedrooms and four fireplaces and a projection room perfect for the needs of actor, writer and director Affleck.
Their new neighbors will include Kate Hudson and her son Ryder and Brooke Shields.
