Brandy Gets Sued

Brandy was involved in a fatal car crash back in 2006 which resulted in the death of a woman. The singer was not charged with a crime in the case. Now, a man injured during the accident is fighting back with a lawsuit. Donald Lite is actually going after Brandy and the deceased woman, Awatef Aboudihaj, for allegedly causing the accident and suing Aboudihaj for allegedly contributing to the chain reaction collision that took place. The 83-year old claims that their disregard for the rules of the road caused the pileup that has left him with extreme physical damages and pain. Why not just go after Brandy? A dead woman can’t exactly fight.
