Madonna has a poetic lover

Madonna’s new romantic connection, the baseball player “A-Rod”, has apparently impressed the diva with his sense of poetry. A source close to Madonna had this to say: “Madonna is smitten with Alex Rodriguez. She told a close friend that he has the heart of a poet trapped inside an insanely gorgeous body. Alex Rodriguez has been writing Madonna these sweet, personal and rambling expressions of his feelings – sort of like old-fashioned love notes.” This is all really heart-warming, but high-school kids sent love notes too and that doesn’t really make them too poetic. Anyway, since love notes have become so “old-fashioned”, I guess the standards are not so high these days. Hell, Russell Brand might want to get in on this too, seems to be a good gimmick.
