Kevn Federline Fed Up
Seems like this is one custody battle that’s never gonna end…..
Kevn Federline’s lawyer was not happy about Britney’s last minute cancellation of their hearing, and he let the courts know. He said, “I’m not mad – I can move forward with or without her. But there will be a request to the court to address some kind of remedy to what I feel as a willful non-appearance.”
He says they didn’t find out about Britney’s supposed “medical condition” until just minutes before they were scheduled to start.
He continued, “But she was in fact out later that day and night. It’s not fourth grade where you get a doctor’s note and it’s all OK. She was ordered to attend. And if there’s a legitimate reason for her not to attend she would have to establish that.”
Umm, hello….she’s Britney Spears. Can’t she do whatever the heck she wants? No? Well, she sure seems to think so. And as she deals wit her “medical condition” the lives of her two sons Sean Preston and Jayden James hang in the balance.
