Courteney Cox & David Arquette Are Split Over Plastic Surgery

Courteney Cox and her husband David Arquette face the ultimate test of their relationship if the actress ever goes under the knife for a nip and tuck. Courtney may be forced to eventually decide, husband or career. She is 43, and the public and Hollywood are not as forgiving or understanding for woman as they are for men. Woman must keep up their appearances or be put out to pasture. That is just the facts that both husband and wife must face. David as a man/actor must know what his wife is up against. The competition is fierce in Hollywood. There are younger, more beautiful actresses coming down the pike everyday. My suggestion to David is, man-up, move over, and give his wife a fighting chance. If he cripples her future opportunities with his stand on plastic surgery then it maybe something that they both regret.
