After spending Saturday night partying with Christina Aguilera, Paris Hilton stepped up on stage, grabbed the microphone and surprised everyone when she spilled the beans on one of Hollywood’s worst kept secrets.

“Congratulations to the most beautiful pregnant woman in the world. You’re gorgeous,” Hilton announced at about 2 a.m. Sunday, as a shocked Aguilera looked on from the VIP section of Las Vegas’ Club LAX.
